Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia · 2025 · White-label ordering app
White-label B2B ordering app for the hospitality supply trade.
A B2B portal for an industry running on phone calls.
The brief
The existing clients of an industrial-equipment supplier — repair calls, service tickets and rental orders all moving by phone and paperwork. The brief: a modular, white-label mobile portal that lets the supplier sell, service and support directly from the field. Built language-aware from day one — Hebrew and English shipped first, with bi-directional layout decisions engineered into every component rather than retrofitted after.

Ten weeks, in four moves.
The process
Discovery & research
Weeks 1–2User interviews, competitive analysis, technical scope. External dev team on the line from day one so handoff didn't surprise anyone.
Visual design & branding
Weeks 3–7Identity, type system, palette, component library — with high-fidelity screen examples up front so client review moved fast.
Design sprints
Weeks 8–9Modular, editable components shipped polished; adapted as brand assets evolved.
Handoff
Week 10Files annotated, edge cases documented, dev questions answered in real time.
Six plates, end to end.
The system

Hours, into minutes.
The result
“Repair calls and orders that used to take hours now take minutes. A built-in library of video tutorials, PDFs and machine manuals means clients self-serve the basics — our reps stay on the issues that actually need them.”
A constellation, not just a name.
Interlude
Move your cursor — the field shifts with you.
Built for the language, not retrofitted.
The detail
Complete bi-directional layout across the UI — text alignment, icon mirroring, navigation patterns, gestures — engineered into every component before a screen was drawn. Hebrew and English shipped first; adding another language is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
